Farewell to Pim, volunteer at Level Best Art Cafe

Pim our beloved volunteer for 3 years has sadly had to leave us for her native Thailand. Though she was looking to stay longer, her stay came to an end this month and after 3 years of working with us every Wednesday in the kitchen, she hopes to take her knowledge of working with adults with a learning difficulty back to Thailand, where according to Pim, no such services exist.

To thank Pim for all her dilligent hardwork and to let her know how much she will be missed by staff and trainees alike, we got her some presents including a large card made in ARTCO and signed by all she'd had an impact on, as well as a photomontage of her, made up of over 2000 photos of us doing the jobs we love. Pim will be missed most by the trainees she had a real social and working connection with, but she will be missed by all. We wish her good luck with whatever she chooses to do and hope to see her again. After all she promised she'd visit us again when she could.
