Sam’s Clay Workshop

On Tuesday the 19th of June, Sam Carter who attends Level Best's ARTCO held a workshop on making Clay magnets.

Sam provided the materials and asked people to think about what they would like to make their magnet look like.

Sam says "Simon made a circle with an "S" on, whilst Grant did a tortoise".

On the day students got as far as making their models. and this week we are enjoying painting them very bright colours and lastly we will be attaching magnets to them and then selling them where we can.

Sam says "it went just as planned and I im very happy with the results".

 

In future Sam says she will consider more workshops as it has been one of her discussed goals in her art sessions. 

Everyone at Level Best who has been a part is very pleased to have had the opoportunity to be involved and we all thank Sam for her time and dedication.
