WOULD YOU LIKE TO EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A REAL CAFE? IF SO DACON BAKE IS THE PROJECT FOR YOU! AS A DACON BAKE TRAINEE YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN ALL ASPECTS OF RUNNING THE CAFE.
YOU WILL RECEIVE TRAINING AND SUPPORT IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Health and Safety - This can include working towards a food hygiene certificate with our local Environmental Health Officer
Customer Service - meeting, greeting and serving Café customers
Money management - Till operation, cashing up and accounting
Food preparation - including hot lunches, fresh bread, cakes, sandwiches, buffets, salads and much more
Prepare and serve hot drinks
Menu Planning - You can plan your own menu for the day
Food shopping
Sandwich delivery - You could be part of the sandwich delivery service where you will be supported to deliver sandwiches and snacks to local businesses
Would you like to be part of our NEW sandwich delivery service? You would work alongside one of our trainers to prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and fruit salads for delivery to local businesses.
