The next 4 posts will show you what we have been up to in February, each post showing what our trainees and staff did that week in chronological order.
We have artwork and delicious-looking meals to show all made at home and all the photos here are still brought to you by the tireless Jamie Croft, with a bit of help from staff.
We also have some new videos on our YouTube channel to show and Ryan Balkwill continues his reviews of films, tv and offers his opinions on it all.
Some of our trainees got their vaccines in February and we hope the rest can get theirs very soon.
Following government instructions, we have had to close our doors at Level Best again since the start of the year. We are working towards going straight back to our tried and tested bubbles from December however.
We hope this will not be too long but we all understand the seriousness of the moment and are prepared to wait it out until it is safe enough for us to work together again. Meanwhile we can get extra familiar with each others homes and personal lives, an unexpected positive of the lock-down experience.
