About The Leveller

The Leveller is a local news hub magazine that we produce at the Level Best Art Café. It contains information on local charities and community groups and is funded through advertising space purchased by local businesses.
Each issue runs for 4 months and is distributed in our Café and other local outlets.

How do we involve our trainees?

Our trainees are involved in all elements of producing the Leveller including designing  the front cover, selling advertising to local businesses and putting the magazine together on the computer.

The ‘Level Best News’ section of the Leveller features interviews and articles put together by our trainees to show what we’re up to.

Advertising

In order for us to keep producing The Leveller we need support from local businesses. If you would like to have an advert in our magazine please get in touch. We could even help you design your advert (free of charge).

Prices for adverts are £24 full page (A5) and £12 half page and will feature for the length of the edition (four months)

If you’re a local charity or community project then you may want to promote an upcoming event or news story in The Leveler. This is FREE of charge so get in touch now.
