New in seasonal: Fresh Ketchup
Level Best Ketchup is back and this time we mean business. After the success of our first batch earlier this month, we decided to make a whole lot more (seeing as we only got three bottles first time round which have all sold).
We had to quadruple the ingredients and cook for the whole day but we now have nine bottles full, using a recipe by Jamie Oliver including:
Onions, fennel, celery, ginger, garlic, chillies, basil, coriander, cloves, black pepper, brown sugar, red wine vinegar & lots of cherry & plum tomatoes.
It has a zing to it and would make a perfect summer time BBQ condiment.
