As part of our training centre service, we have a session called the "Seasonal" session, in which we make, jar or bottle foods and drinks with ingredients 'in season' as well as marking all the important calendar dates such as Valentines, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and of course CHRISTMAS!!
Soon we look forward to making our famous Elderflower Cordial as spring/summer rolls on, but presently we have a good stock of Seville Orange Marmalades and our most recent produce was a "Fruity Chutney" and a "Rhubarb & Ginger Jam" (nice).
